Your task

Main person responsible for acquiring and supporting direct customers (such as interior designers, wholesalers, or specialist retailers) in Europe. Establishing professional work-flows and developing new strategies. The focus is clearly on our bathroom products.​

Tasks
 

  • Process optimization in the sales area.

  • Acquisition and support of B2B customers (interior designers, retailers and wholesale, trade, etc.)

  • Support of online sales platforms.

  • Support CRM activities and maintain data base

  • Create solutions and execute them independently

  • Carrying out market and competitor analyses and research

  • Work closely with colleagues in the marketing and design team and share customer and market feedback to ensure excellent customer experience

  • Active participation in acquisition activities

 

Qualifications
 

Experience – Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in sales and you approach people openly.

Communicative –  Fluent German and English.

Ability to work in a team – You are open-minded and show initiative.

Motivation – You are ambitious and flexible. You are keen to make valuable contributions to our success.
